Guided by Sister Joan, a professional Energy Medicine therapist specializing in trauma recovery and holistic wellness, each session opens a new doorway into grace, peace, and embodied spiritual awareness. Participants will explore the body’s natural energy systems, deepen their sense of grounding, and cultivate joy through contemplative practice.
